St.Patricks Day

We celebrated like most people by wearing green for St.patricks day. Hayden thought it was great, but when he found out that the leprechauns had been to our house it couldn't get much better. Laynie and Hayden went outside to play and there was a trail of gold coins all over the back yard. The leprechaun had left a treasure hunt for them, and then dinner time came and we had green milk. Hayden was on the hunt "that sneeky Leprechaun" he kept saying. At the end of the night we were getting settled down and ready for bead and this was one of the conversations we had.

Hayden- "mom I think that leprechaun whent to the neighbors and turned there milk green too"

Mom- "Maybee"

Hayden- "or maybee there bathtub"

Hayden while looking out the window-"that sneeky leprechaun, I'm going to catch him "

Mom- "they are sneeky"

Hayden- "mom where do leprechauns live"

Mom-"maybee in Ireland, in the woods"

Hayden-"or maybee in Richfield"

I just love him he makes me laugh every day!!

Hayden thinks that being a big brother is the greatest thing ever. He is so good to help with kyle and he takes such good care of him.


Hayden-"Mom we want a baby sister"

mom-"but you have a baby brother"

Hayden-"Well he wants to be a big brother like me"

mom-"oh he does?"

Hayden-"yep. we want a sister"

mom- "can we wait untill he is a big boy"

Hayden-"ya, he can be a big boy like me"

mom- "what if you get another brother"
Hayden- "well we will tell the doctor to give us a girl"
